We believe that healing begins when a community comes together. Outreach allows us to extend Christ’s love beyond our walls- meeting people where they are with compassion, hope, and practical help. By engaging in community outreach, we not only raise awareness for women in need, but also build bridges of faith and unity across our towns and churches.

October Is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
This month, we stand together to raise awareness about the devastating impact of domestic violence and to support survivors.
Domestic violence affects people of all genders, ages, races, and economic backgrounds. It's a serious issue, and no one deserves to live in fear.
Here's how you can help:

Educate yourself on the signs of abuse.

Speak up and let survivors know they are not alone.

Support local organizations that provide vital services like shelters, counseling, and legal advocacy.
If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please reach out for help. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7: 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or text 'START' to 88788.

Agape Love Gratitude Walk 2025
November 8, 2025 at 4pm
Meet at the entry way of the Hartford Community Center
Without my testimony the vision of Agape would not have been birthed. BUT without yalls testimonies connecting us, drawing yall in we wouldn’t have the amazing support we do!! So this walk will be a time of gratitude for all the stories that bring us together for the building of the walls that will heal the future stories waiting on us!
We would be honored to have you walk alongside us after the walk stick around for some fellowship and a hot cocoa bar with myself and the ladies behind Agape!

This season, we are coming together with our friends at the ARCH Program to launch a Double Drive to meet two urgent needs in our community:
hygiene essentials + winter warmth.
We are collecting:

Coats (all sizes)

God is doing something beautiful through Agape Love Women’s Refuge, and I would be honored to share that story with you

Last night, the Beaver Dam Woman’s Club had the distinct honor of hosting Kayla Smith. She shared a profoundly moving testimony along with the God-bestowed vision that guides her work.
Kayla's message was not only inspiring but deeply touching, providing spiritual encouragement and a clear sense of purpose. We are immensely grateful to Kayla for generously giving her time and sharing such a personal and powerful message with our members.

Where’s my fall and Halloween lovers at We’ve had 2 totes FULL of decor donated along with a cute witchy wreath!! If this is your time of the year you don’t want to miss those good deals and they’ll go fast!
The generosity from the community has been overwhelming. 2 storage buildings full plus my car is loaded down. We asked and you guys provided!
But I want to take a moment to share my heart. This yard sale isn’t just about good deals and good food. (I mean who doesn’t like those, right?) It’s about opening the doors of Agape Love, the place where women can be welcomed home to their new life and identity found in Jesus. There are so many women still trapped in the life He saved me from and it’s my duty to reach as many of them I can. Your donations to the yard sale, your purchases from the yard sale, any and all donations will be used to help break the chains of bondage!
So let me ask you today…can you help us with this mission?
