AGAPE LOVE WOMEN'S REFUGE
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” - Psalm 46:1

About Holly-Dale
Holly-Dale Sims is a woman of courage, compassion, and conviction, honored to serve as a Victim Advocate with Agape Love Women’s Refuge. A devoted mother of one, Holly-Dale brings both strength and tenderness to the women she serves — walking beside them with understanding, dignity, and unwavering support.

With over 26 years as a Master Barber and more than 3½ years as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, she has spent her life helping others feel seen, restored, and confident — both inside and out. Her work reflects her heart: a calling to help people reclaim their identity and worth after seasons of loss, trauma, or hardship.

Holly-Dale is also a woman of remarkable discipline and leadership. She serves as the 2026 Secretary of the Bluegrass Cowboy Fast Draw Club and was honored as the 2021 Kentucky State Resident Champion of the Cowboy Fast Draw Association, competing under the alias “Sassy Sparrow.” Her perseverance and grit shine through in every arena she steps into.
Her faith is deeply rooted, and her favorite scripture reflects the covering she trusts daily: “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge.” - Psalm 91:4

She holds a deep spiritual admiration for Photini — the Woman at the Well, whose name means “enlightened.” Though Photini’s story is marked by barrenness, abuse, and suffering, it is ultimately a testimony of redemption, dignity, and transformation through an encounter with Jesus. She often says she looks forward to having coffee with Photini in Heaven - a reflection of her heart for women whose stories have been shaped by trauma, yet redeemed by grace.

As a Victim Advocate, Holly-Dale stands firmly with women impacted by abuse, domestic violence, and injustice. She is passionate about ensuring every woman knows she is seen, believed, protected, and never alone. Her presence is both grounding and empowering - a reminder that healing is possible and identity can be restored. Holly-Dale’s life and service reflect the truth that strength and compassion can coexist, and that God uses every chapter of our story to bring hope to others.
